Job Description
A large software and gaming company is looking for an Associate Technologist to join a Creative Operations Team. This person will combine tool expertise with hands-on operational support to keep creative workflows running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who knows the ins and outs of Airtable (and enjoys building in it), but is also comfortable jumping into the day-to-day work that makes a team successful — from data entry and Jira ticket submission to documenting processes. This is a contract position supporting the Creative Operations team. It is mid-level, designed for someone passionate about workflow optimization, organization, and scaling operational systems within a world-class creative studio.
In this role you will
● Partner closely with the Creative Operations Manager as primary support, enabling the team to take on additional projects and efficiencies.
● Build, maintain, and optimize Airtable bases, automations, and dashboards to streamline workflows.
● Stay curious about Airtable’s evolving features and integrations, sharing ways to improve efficiency.
● Document and improve processes, ensuring they are clear, repeatable, and scalable.
● Submit, monitor, and track Jira tickets.
● Handle data entry and organizational tasks to keep projects and systems up-to-date.
● Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements or escalate as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
● 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or technology support roles, within gaming, creative, marketing, media, or tech environments
● Proven Airtable expertise (Builder Certification is a strong plus.)
● Comfortable with repetitive or detail-heavy tasks while looking for opportunities to automate and improve.
● Strong organizational skills with a relentless focus on efficiency and accuracy.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● A team-first mindset with a focus on enabling others’ success.
● Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
● Tenacious, adaptable, and solutions-oriented — able to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
●Builder Certification in Airtable
