Job Description

A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE Associate Publishing Ops Producer to join a growing team.

What youll do
You will be responsible for implementing real-money transaction metadata on
First-Party storefronts. You will focus on the accurate and timely data entry and publishing of 1P storefront assets across various products. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates are
passionate about working in technology and have a history of working within operations environments.

In this role you will
Implement copy, images, pricing, release dates and other key metadata on
first-party platforms for virtual currency and other real-money transactions.
Ensure all progress is tracked and reported to teams clearly.
Ensure all new offers created are QCd for any errors across 32 languages and 6+
first-party platforms.
Estimate the time required to complete and gain approval for each task, confirming
assumptions and expectations with the team in order to assist the Publishing
Operations Lead for resourcing.
Coordinate with internal localization teams as needed for any copy required to
execute metadata entry.
Coordinate with internal QA teams for testing of offers, intaking any reports of issues and actioning them to resolve problems before release.
Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes either by working directly with team and stakeholders, or if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to the lead

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years years doing the work outlined above in a fast-paced publishing
operations, release or live ops environment.
Experience with 1P publishing platforms including Playstation content pipeline and NCMS (Nintendo Content Management System). Also ideally Microsoft Xbox Partner center.
Deep understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management practices
Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing out
short-term needs and long-term vision.
Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and lead teams to perform above and beyond.
Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your
team and throughout the company
Youre user-focused, solutions-focused, and innovative.
Personabledevelops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster
excellent communication
Self-starter able to create tracking systems to ensure the extended team is updated on project status at all times
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverables - and even find a more efficient path forward
Highly organized with excellent production management skills
Keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC a myriad of assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
