A large software and gaming company is looking for a remote EST Product Coordinator. As a Production Coordinator, youll collaborate closely with Creative Services Producers to manage resources, tasks, and schedules, ensuring teams have the most up-to-date and accurate information within project management tools. Youll play a key role in keeping
creative projects on track in a fast-paced environment. Were looking for an organized, proactive individual with exceptional communication skills
who thrives in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and experienced in marketing environments.
In this role, you will:
Design Resource Allocation: Coordinate with Resource Managers, Publishing, and
CS Producers to ensure design resource allocations are up-to-date and shared.
Design Project Tracking: Ensure project details in Wrike are clear and up to date so
creatives have proper guidance and visual identity expectations. Assist producers in
tracking progress to ensure design tasks meet deadlines and marketing brief
requirements.
Task Intake, Production & Delivery: As directed by CS and Publishing Producers,
coordinate with marketing, channel owners, regional leads, localization, and brand to
follow up on timely request intake, approvals, production, and delivery of requested assets. Assist with setting up production tasks with the required and accurate details including but not limited to specs, art files, stakeholders, timelines, etc. Coordinate with the Production Studio to assign production tasks to studio designers based on their skills, expertise, and availability.
Quality Assurance: Work with Producers to ensure final assets align with project
specifications and are accurately tracked in Wrike.
Vendor Management: Assist Pub & CS Producers with gathering assets, branding
guidelines, etc as needed to share with vendors. Coordinate with Pub & CS
Producers as needed on communication with vendors in various channels, help with
overseeing production, routing approvals, and facilitate seamless asset tracking and
delivery as directed by Pub & CS Producers.

3-5 years years doing the work outlined as a Production Coordinator or Associate Producer in a fast-paced graphics
environment (handling 2D assets).
Experience at an Agency, Large Brand, or Gaming company handling a large amount of assets (mostly 2D and static).
Experience with PM Software (Ideally either Wrike or Airtable)
Understanding publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management practices.
Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically and exhibit
amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Personabledevelops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster
excellent communication
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverables - and even find a more efficient path forward
A keen eye for details and the ability and willingness to QC a myriad of assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
