Insight Global is partnering with an education management company in Cary. NC to hire a Program Manager to lead day-to-day school operations while driving enrollment growth and revenue through strategic business development initiatives.
This role blends educational leadership, operational excellence, and revenue-focused growth strategy. The Program Manager is responsible for fostering a high-quality educational environment while actively increasing tuition-based revenue through enrollment optimization, community partnerships, and family engagement.
The ideal candidate brings experience in private school operations, enrollment management, and business development, with a proven ability to grow programs in tuition- and enrollment-driven models.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program & School Leadership
-Provide day-to-day leadership across infant through elementary programs, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
-Lead, coach, and develop a team of educators and staff to promote collaboration, accountability, and excellence in instruction and care.
-Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
2. Enrollment Growth & Revenue Development
-Own enrollment strategy and execution, with accountability for increasing student enrollment and tuition-based revenue.
-Develop and execute business development initiatives, including marketing campaigns, tours, open houses, and referral programs.
-Analyze enrollment trends, capacity, and retention data to identify growth opportunities and optimize program offerings.
-Partner with leadership to set enrollment and revenue targets aligned with the school’s financial goals.
3. Business Development & Community Engagement
-Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective families to drive enrollment, retention, and referrals.
-Establish partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups to increase visibility and brand awareness.
-Serve as a visible ambassador for the school, representing the program at community events and outreach initiatives.
4. Operational & Financial Management
-Oversee operational processes that support both educational quality and financial sustainability.
-Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation in alignment with enrollment and revenue goals.
-Collaborate with central leadership to implement systems, tools, and best practices that support scalable growth.

Required Skills & Experience
-Must have a Bachelors degree
-Proven leadership experience in a business/ corporate setting, or private school, early childhood education, or tuition-based educational environments
-Demonstrated success in enrollment growth, revenue generation, or business development
-Strong understanding of tuition-driven (or related) financial models
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Prior education experience is a plus, but not required
