Job Description
The Product Analyst III (PA3) is a senior‑level individual contributor who plays a leadership role within Agile teams, owning complex features, initiatives, or workstreams end‑to‑end. This role operates with significant autonomy and partners closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable, high‑quality technology solutions.
In addition to advanced requirements and analysis work, the PA3 drives stakeholder alignment, leads backlog and discovery efforts, contributes to test strategy and delivery quality, and mentors junior analysts. The role is expected to proactively identify risks, optimization opportunities, and data‑driven insights in a highly regulated, data‑intensive mortgage servicing environment.
This position sits one level below Product Owner and is a natural steppingstone into product leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
6–10+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to lead complex analysis efforts independently
Advanced requirements elicitation and documentation skills (user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, workflows)
Strong experience operating in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments
Proven ability to lead backlog grooming and contribute to roadmap planning
Strong stakeholder management skills across business, engineering, and leadership
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Jira and Agile delivery tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Deep experience in mortgage servicing, loan origination, or financial services
Strong understanding of enterprise servicing platforms
Exposure to accounting, investor reporting, escrow, or cash processing systems
Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, system architectures, and data pipelines
Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, SQL, or enterprise data ecosystems
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Sigma, Power BI)
Knowledge of data governance, lineage, metadata, and data quality frameworks
Experience supporting legacy‑to‑cloud or large‑scale modernization initiatives
Familiarity with AI‑assisted analysis or productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor, Copilot)
Prior experience mentoring analysts or acting as an informal team lead
