Responsibilities
SCOPE 1

Seasonal Task Creation
Meeting coverage / notes
Scheduling Content Reviews / Audio Team syncs
Monitor Feedback Channel and maintain Feedback tracker
Daily Playtest info & squads
2. Growth Opportunities
Feature Ownership
Outsource management (Quests, Map)

SCOPE 2
3. Immediate
Meeting coverage / notes
Dealership engine audio scoping meeting coverage - incl. IP comms for source requests and pole.se sourcing
Feedback & Bug triage
4. Growth Opportunities
Engine Audio recording sessions coordination (based at Church Automotive in LA)
Coronado feature ownership (gameplay, physics, UI, match flow, etc.)
RL Prime gameplay/map feature ownership

Required Skills & Experience

~2 years' experience within production with no more than ~3 years total experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the company
Experience working in a production role managing cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects
Basic understanding of game development and project management practices
Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles while balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision
Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success
Youre passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative.
