Job Description
Insight Global's client is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join their Contracts team within their Legal Department. The person in this role will assist the Legal Department on a wide range of contracts from drafting through execution. This position will interact with many different departments within and outside of the organization including customers, Marketing, Finance, and Sales, therefore, strong people skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
· Processing various types of contracts including, but not limited to, various types of license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, letters and notices.
· Overseeing contract creation from start to completion and accurately shepherding the process in its entirety.
· Coordinating actions with internal procurement and legal teams, as needed.
· Serve as the liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation.
· Meeting turnaround expectations in a high-pressure environment.
· Data entry.

Required Skills & Experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with contracts and legal documents and the execution process
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with members of varying disciplines on different teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Salesforce and/or Jira
