Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Pipeline Management: Owning schedules, tracking, and workflow organization across various 2D and 3D assets.
• Dependency Tracking: Utilizing dependency-driven production methods to match artistic goals with tight live-service production cadences and technical limitations.
• Communication: Bridge gaps between artists, directors, cross-functional teams, and external partners to clear blockers and deliver actionable feedback.
• Quality Assurance: Facilitate reports flagging at risk content to dependent teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed art related teams. Bonus points for working on a Live Service Game.
• Deep understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, and project management practices and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success.
• Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels, even in challenging situations. Demonstrating professionalism, problem-solving, and a team-oriented mindset, such as stakeholder alignment and driving decision making.
• Ability to drive high velocity, high-impact development cycles, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision.
• Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment.
• Possess user-focused, passionate, and innovative traits to help the team reach success.
