Job Description
Working closely with Producers, Designers, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders, the Associate Producer will help maintain development velocity and quality through thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
Summary of Responsibilities
• Coordinate dev schedules and meetings
• Facilitate cross-discipline / team communication
• Own playtests and feedback loops
• Assist senior producers with task creation and tracking
• Schedule meeting, take notes, facilitate action items to those assigned

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years experience as a producer on a game or game-related (tech / art) team
• Strong attention to detail and organization; able to manage many moving pieces without losing sight of priority.
• Clear, concise communicator who is comfortable sharing updates across disciplines and reporting to production leads.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented—can identify gaps and take action to fill them.
• Comfortable working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Google Docs/Spreadsheets.
