Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking a Civil Project Manager to join 3 Notch Group in Asheville, NC. This position will require you to oversee multiple water and wastewater projects managing $1M+ in net revenue. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and teammates through regular communication and collaboration, lead project planning/execution to ensure alignment with critical success factors and independently develop large proposals including: scope, budget, and schedule with minimal oversight. You will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week in Asheville.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s in civil engineering
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering with 4+ years of PM experience (willing to look at 8 years or more)
• Active Licensed professional engineer (PE)
• Experience developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Must be local to Asheville or willing to relocate to Asheville full time
• Independently develop large proposals to include scope, budget, and schedule with little to no oversight
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of Water / Wastewater Project Management
• Identify clients and project opportunities
• Successfully manage $1M+ for water and wastewater projects
• Support business development efforts in the Carolinas
