Job Description
The Intune Administrator will focus on endpoint management with a primary emphasis on Microsoft Intune. This person will help develop, maintain, and enhance core end-user technologies—including Office 365, Windows, Intune, Active Directory, Endpoint Manager, and System Center tools (SCOM, SCCM), as well as support the organization’s CCTV security system. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, as the administrator will regularly partner with Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Server Administrators, Network Administrators, and Security Administrators. The team is large, tight-knit, and highly supportive. Additionally, this individual will assist end users directly resolving issues efficiently and delivering excellent customer service. The position is onsite in Trinity, NC, with a requirement to report in five days a week.

Professional experience configuring Windows, Apple, and Android devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
Experience creating profiles for multiple endpoint types
Hands-on experience with Active Directory
Strong knowledge of Group Policies
SCCM experience
Experience working within ServiceNow
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience deploying or managing an SCCM environment
Experience creating software packages
Experience with task sequences
Experience migrating SCCM to Endpoint Manager
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience collaborating with cross-functional IT teams
TeamViewer experience
