Required Skills & Experience
7+ years in product management at scale, driving complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Deep knowledge of Flight Operations and Aviation Software—critical for shaping next-gen solutions
Proven ability to manage relationships with software vendors, ensuring seamless integration and delivery
Experience with custom SaaS development—ability to influence architecture and feature prioritization.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with one or more flight operations systems such as Rockwell Collins FOS, Stellar, JetInsight, Schedaero (Avinode), FL3XX, Portside, Avianis, or prior involvement with internal, homegrown flight operations systems platforms at operators like FlexJet or NetJets.
