Job Description

One of Insight Global's large banking clients is seeking a Financial Advisor for a full-time role in West Babylon, NY. The Financial Advisor (FA) role is a three-year program with a forgivable draw, designed for experienced financial advisors or planners who will deliver financial planning guidance and offer investment management solutions. The FA will need to leverage their experience to service the unique and complex needs of wealth clients by reviewing financial goals and making investment recommendations aligned to their client's goals. The role will serve as the central point of contact, responsible for providing client service & developing the relationship to achieve greater share of wallet by helping clients achieve their goals related to asset accumulation, preservation, growth, and protection.

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance, including onboarding new clients through discovery, needs analysis, goal‑based advice, and completion of required documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Wealth clients, providing a differentiated service experience and ensuring all clients receive annual reviews, proactive outreach, and ongoing planning support.
- Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales goals by deepening wallet share, anticipating client needs, recommending appropriate Wealth solutions, and generating leads through strong partnerships.
- Identify referral opportunities across Retail, Small Business, Commercial, and HNW Wealth partners, supporting integrated relationship management and maximizing client value.
- Maintain full compliance with all federal and state regulations, internal policies, AML/CIP requirements,
-Continuing Education standards, and risk‑management expectations.
- Demonstrate customer‑centricity by delivering legendary service, modeling WOW‑level interactions, and continually improving the client and partner experience.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring new FAs, supporting Retail training, and participating in community and TDBG initiatives.
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment, maintain strong communication with partners, and represent TD Wealth professionally in all internal and external interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
- SIE, Series 7 and 66 required (or Series 63 AND 65 to sub for 66)
- Active L&H certification or must obtain within the Licensing and Registration Schedule Self-directed upon hire
- Possesses advanced knowledge of wealth products, services, and business‑development strategies, with proven consultative sales experience and a track record of achieving sales goals across retail and small‑business banking clients.
- Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships and relationships across departments.
- Able to travel and commute daily within the assigned market to meet prospects, clients, and internal partners, maintaining a consistent presence in the field five days a week.
