Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Reliability Engineer. This roles blends mechanical expertise with data analytics to ensure optimal performance across multiple industrial plants. The candidate will be responsible for remotely monitoring operational data from global facilities, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying trends or inefficiencies. Their strong understanding of mechanical systems, including compressors, pumps, chillers, heat exchangers, and piping, combined with a maintenance background will allow them to pinpoint performance issues and troubleshoot effectively. Additionally, they'll be working extensively with data visualization and analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI to create dashboards, helping stakeholders gain insights into plant performance. Essentially, this person serves as a technical analyst, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and optimization across the company's plants. This is a 12-month long contract and pays $50-55.

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of experience in reliability and performance data focusing in a maintenance or mechanical field
○ Working with data for Mechanical Systems, Plant Performance, Industrial Equipment Performance
· Experience developing and monitoring KPI’s to measure and identify opportunities to improve reliability performance
· Experience monitoring performance data and using an enterprise asset management system
· Strong experience working with Power BI, tableau, and other dashboards
· Understanding of RCA (root cause analysis) and analyze data and information from multiple sources to recommend, design and justify life-cycle cost and reliability
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CMRP or CRE certification
Experience with governmental regulations and requirements, and industry standards and codes
