Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Procurement Analyst of Industrial Equipment to support a global company by improving supplier performance, procurement effectiveness, and equipment reliability across industrial operations. This role partners closely with global plants, engineering teams, and key industrial OEMs to ensure reliable equipment supply, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement through data, supplier engagement, and root cause analysis. On a daily basis you will work with global vendors to procure industrial equipment, spare parts, repairs, and services. As well as partnering with global procurement leaders and industrial vendors to provide supplier performance feedback, support commercial negotiations. This is a 12 month contract and pays $38-$42hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in a supplier-facing Engineering/Industrial Procurement role.
• Experience with industrial equipment and OEMs (pipes, motors, etc)
○ Working with industrial equipment vendors
• Ability to contribute to root cause analysis for major equipment failures
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft tools
○ Create dashboards and reports using SAP, Excel, Tableau, and related tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across global teams and cultures.
• Self-driven, analytical, and collaborative mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
