Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Performance Data Analyst in the Buffalo, NY area. This analyst plays a pivotal role in monitoring the performance data of production facilities worldwide. This position drives the execution of key reliability programs, initiatives, and methodologies to enhance overall performance. Additionally, they are responsible for overseeing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and, Asset Integrity Management (AIM). Day to day they will be working in an enterprise asset management system, creating dashboards, and monitoring KPI's. This candidate should have a background in mechanics or maintenance and have an understanding of compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, piping systems, hydraulic systems, etc. This is a 12-month long contract and pays $50-58.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of data analytics or performance data experience focusing in a maintenance or mechanical field
Working with data for Mechanical Systems, Plant Performance, Industrial Equipment Performance
· Experience developing and monitoring KPIs to measure and identify opportunities to improve reliability performance
· Experience monitoring performance data and using an enterprise asset management system
· Strong experience working with Power BI, tableau, and other dashboards
· Understanding of RCA (root cause analysis) and analyse data and information from multiple sources to recommend, design and justify life-cycle cost and reliability
· Bachelor's degree in a related field is required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· CMRP or CRE certification
Experience with governmental regulations and requirements, and industry standards and codes
