Insight Global is hiring a Graphic Designer to sit out of Tonawanda, NY. This position requires 1-5 years of experience with an E-Learning tool such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or Synthesia. This role involves creating and overseeing training programs tailored for internal clients. This person will work with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, apply instructional design theories and methods, and create learning materials and assessments. We are seeking a learning professional with experience in instructional design, which includes developing and/or redesigning instructor-led and web-based courses or curricula, and associated training materials/documents (guides, instructor books, assessments, etc.). Candidates should exhibit strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen ability to fulfill customer requirements. This position is a 6-month ongoing contract position and offers $24-30hr.

3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
Proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or Synthesia.
Knowledge and application of adult learning theories and principles.
Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Instructional Technology, or related disciplines.
