Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Experience Cloud Technical Business Analyst to sit remote with 1 day a week in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This BA will be joining a large pharmaceutical client. The Business Analyst will be joining the commercial IT Team and will be involved in aspects of solution delivery including supporting the commercial business with Salesforce Experience Cloud CMS environments. This role in an open workspace collaborative environment as part of a larger Digital Platforms team responsible for delivering customer-facing applications. This role will be expected to contribute ideas, concepts, best practices in a fast-paced environment. Day to day the BA will be working to gather requirements from key stakeholders and support day to day operations. This role will need to translate business requirements into technical specifications, they will create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, etc. This role will do some solution design and configuration work, working with architects and developers and they will be responsible for UAT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with salesforce from a technical perspective, be a strong BA and have recent extensive knowledge/ experience in salesforce experience cloud. Pay is around $70-$75.00/hr.

-5+ years experience as a Salesforce Experience Cloud Technical Business Analyst
-Strong understanding and knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud applications
-Experience working within an agile methodology
-Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components
-Strong recent experience working with the business and gathering requirements
-Recent understanding and Experience with web CMS (content management system)
