We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead and manage our marketing department. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies to optimize spend and conversions, drive attendee registrations, generate revenue growth, and ensure the overall success of our marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with at least 15 years in digital advertising and a strong background in marketing, strategy, analytics and leadership. The CMO will ensure that the company launches new avenues of growth and business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing and Analytics:
- Research best practices, strategize and oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including paid social, search, email marketing and SEO.
- Utilize data analytics and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
-Develop and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Create marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to increase conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and grow the current marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members achieve their potential.
