Job Description

We're searching for a friendly dental receptionist for an oral and facial surgery client to ensure that dental patients' appointments are properly scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled based on their needs. The dental receptionist's duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and greeting patients when they come
Making and canceling appointments with patients
Dental treatment planning and charting
Filling up insurance papers and keeping track of dental billing information
The process of converting dental services into billable codes
Keeping track of office supplies and inventory
Getting in touch with dental supply companies
Test results, including x-rays, are handled
Office duties include document filing, scanning, and creation

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-2 years of experience as a dental receptionist
- Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role
