Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Facilities/HVAC) to join one of our large Pharmaceutical clients in Chestnut Ridge, NJ. This role is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, utilities, and facility equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Day to day they will perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, and other facility equipment. This position is open for 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd shift (3:30pm-11:45pm). The ideal candidate should be available for weekend shifts and willing to work OT as needed.

3+ years of experience in HVAC and facility maintenance at a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Food/Beverage, or FDA regulated company
Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility
Experience with Building Management System (BMS) or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
