Job Description

A large pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to serve as the dedicated workstream owner for the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Migration component within Project Fusion — the enterprise-wide initiative to transition an ERP from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role owns end-to-end project delivery for the EBS migration track, ensuring alignment with the broader Fusion program timeline, governance standards, and technical architecture decisions.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle EBS knowledge, a command of structured project governance, and the ability to coordinate closely with functional consultants, technical architects, and business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR workstreams. This PM will maintain a fully integrated workstream plan in Planview/MS Project and serve as the primary point of accountability for scope, schedule, and risk within the EBS migration track.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience, including demonstrated delivery of large-scale enterprise systems programs.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing Oracle ERP implementation or migration programs, with at least one full-lifecycle Oracle EBS project.
• Solid working knowledge of Oracle EBS and related functional areas.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration processes.
• Proven command of PMLC methodology — from business case through post-go-live stabilization — including RAID log management, stage-gate governance, and change control.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira and Planview or comparable enterprise PPM tools.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with global system integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, Oracle Consulting) on deliverables and SOW compliance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
• Strong ERP understanding and experience.
• Strong familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware integration patterns relevant to EBS-to-Fusion migration.
• Exposure to Agile/hybrid delivery frameworks within the context of ERP programs.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, life sciences, financial services) with an understanding of SOX compliance and ERP controls.
• Experience with organizational change management practices, particularly as they relate to ERP migration and user adoption.
