Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to support one of its top energy customers. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role focused on executing the engineering scope of complex industrial and energy-related projects during the OTR (Order to Remittance) phase. The Project Engineering Manager leads cross-functional, matrixed engineering teams, owns engineering scope, budget, quality, and risk, and serves as the technical lead in customer and partner-facing meetings. This is not a project management role, but a technical delivery and engineering execution position with a strong focus on Balance of Plant (BOP) scope and system-level coordination.Insight Global is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to support one of its top energy customers. Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or related STEM field)
6+ years of engineering experience with increasing responsibility on complex projects
Proven experience leading engineering execution (scope, schedule, and budget ownership)
Experience working in matrixed project environments (engineering leadership, no direct reports)
Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines, especially mechanical and electrical
Experience serving as the technical lead in customer and EPC meetings
Strong background reviewing technical specifications and flowing requirements to design teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solid understanding of engineering quality, risk management, and cost/schedule impacts
Willingness to travel approximately 1 week per month (primarily domestic)Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or related STEM field)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in power generation, energy, or industrial project environments
Familiarity with Balance of Plant (BOP) systems
Exposure to turbomachinery, generators, controls, or power plant auxiliary systems
General knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes and compliance
Experience working within large, global engineering organizations
