Job Description
A large energy client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Schenectady, NY. This individual will support the planning, execution, and closeout of wind turbine major component upgrade and blade projects under the direction of Project Managers. They will have a direct responsibility for daily project reporting, invoice reconciliation, cost tracking, and support of budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required Skills & Experience
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or HSD/GED with equivalent field experience
0-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations
Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP or project management systems preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience as a Project Coordinator in the Wind industry
Experience with Smartsheet
