Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MCE Field Foreman to oversee and coordinate the on-site exchange of major wind turbine components. The Field Foreman will report to the client and ensure that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards and best practices. This position requires extensive travel, with 6 weeks in the field followed by 1 week of rest and recuperation (R&R).

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge of safely controlling hazardous energy and following LOTO procedures ("lockout tagout")
5 years of experience as a field or manufacturing engineer or health and safety engineer
Proven track record with managing crane operations or overseeing work at heights/involving cranes (EX: tower cranes)
Strong leadership/organizational skills
Excellent communication
Valid drivers license

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

5 years of experience in wind turbine major components
In depth knowledge of wind turbine technology
Certified safety professional (EX: CSP or OSHA)
