Job Description
A large energy client is seeking Liftra Trainers. These individuals will be responsible for training, qualifying, and supporting technicians who operate LIFTRA equipment. Trainers will deliver hands‑on and classroom‑based training, oversee initial field deployments, and audit crews once mobilized to ensure all procedures and best practices are consistently followed. Additional responsibilities include enforcing client safety standards, supporting teams through first‑time or complex blade lifts, and serving as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for all LIFTRA‑related equipment. The role also requires accurate documentation and reporting of all training sessions, certifications, and field audits, ensuring compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement across projects.

Required Skills & Experience
HSD or GED minimum
LIFTRA experience; specifically with the 1200 crane
Valid LT1200 certification
Valid drivers license
Training experience in some capacity (classroom/hands on field training)
Excellent communication skills, has the personality of a trainer type person
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience performing main bearing exchanges with the LT 1200
