Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services to elementary students (grades K–5). This role focuses on delivering individual (1:1) and small group therapy sessions, supporting students’ functional, academic, and developmental needs within the school setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K–5 students
• Conduct 1:1 and small group therapy sessions aligned with student IEP goals
• Address skill areas including fine motor development, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, and classroom-based functional skills
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress with appropriate stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district and state regulations

Required Skills & Experience
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of New York (required)
• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Experience working with elementary-aged students (K–5) preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
