Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Tech II Production Operator to support core production operations across fermentation (aseptic environments, C-tanks, automated systems), recovery (centrifuges, spray dryers, product loading), as well as blending and packaging processes. This individual will assist with material handling, shipping/receiving, and packaging activities throughout the facility, while also operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient and compliant processing. Responsibilities include sampling, weighing, mixing, and transporting materials within the plant, all while following SOPs and established work instructions and maintaining accurate production documentation. The ideal candidate will consistently uphold GMP, safety, and quality standards. This role requires the ability to lift up to 55lbs on a regular basis, work in cold environments for short periods, and wear required PPE, including a respirator.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical field OR HS Diploma with 1-3 years manufacturing experience.
- Experience within Food or Chemical manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
- High attention to detail with ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and GMP environments.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with aseptic environments, C-tanks, automated systems as well as centrifuges, spray dryers, product loading.
