Job Description

Answer ~100 incoming phone calls per day from customers, partners, employees, vendors and general callers
· Transfer or address calls according to outlined processes
Use of MS Outlook to view contacts and details needed for job; MS Word and MS Excel are a plus
Greet and check-in visitors to the site
· All visitors check in with Security Guard prior to going to Reception Desk
Disburse and track seasonal tickets for local events
Provide parking passes and validation to visitors and employees
Attire is business casual, with Canon gear provided for daily wear; no jeans or sneakers
Solid customer service skills required
High levels of professionalism displayed at all times
Solid communication skills required
Consistent attendance and promptness required
