A large pharmaceutical client is seeking an ERP Business Analyst specializing in Finance—Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P)—to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation (migrating from Oracle EBS). This role focuses on understanding core finance and procure-to-pay processes, creating clear process flows, documenting requirements, reviewing fit–gap analyses, developing test assets, creating user guides for day to day business processes, assisting in the documentation for SOX / Compliance, and collaborating closely with business partners, business analysts across domains, boundary system leads, integration leads, product managers, and implementation partners to bridge business needs with solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years as a Business Analyst in ERP with hands-on experience in FI, SC,
Procurement business processes.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience preferred; Oracle EBS experience beneficial for
migration context.
• Process knowledge spanning GL, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Cash Management,
AP, Payments, Procurement, Purchasing, Receiving, Tax and Treasury,
Manufacturing, Supply Chain.
• Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and month-end close;
familiarity with the record-to-report lifecycle and procure-to-pay lifecycle (sourcing,
RFPs, contracts/SOWs, vendor onboarding, supplier risk/compliance, AP,
payments).
• Proven ability to create process flows, document requirements, user guides
(standard operating procedures), and acceptance criteria; perform fit–gap reviews;
develop test assets; and support SIT/UAT through sign-off.
• Familiarity with process and test management tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence or
similar).
• Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills across business,
product, IT, and implementation teams.
• Experience working in iterative delivery models (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid) and
managing scope, risks, and assumptions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Oracle Cloud
certification is a plus. Relevant domain credentials (e.g., CPA/CMA or procurement
certifications) are a plus.
