Insight Global is seeking a Workforce Management Data Analyst to join one of their top financial clients. This individual will be joining the COO group within the Global Markets Technology team. The day to day will consist of analyzing workforce data across multiple systems, focusing on headcount metrics and performance indicators to deliver actionable insights. Key responsibilities include FINRA compliance reporting, supporting continuing education programs, and collaborating with the head of business strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel proficiency and excellent communication skills to effectively translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
