Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled, Technical Project Manager with strong experience successfully implementing investment management / fund accounting platforms such as LemonEdge, Geneva, or Investran. This role will be supporting a large scale implementation for new Fund Accounting software for a leading global alternative asset management and private equity firm. The role will be embedded within the Global Business Finance and Technology teams, playing a critical role in the successful deployment and adoption of LemonEdge across the organization. The project is actively underway with a goal to migrate all 200 funds across the organization by the end of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of Lemon Edge, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Technology, and Operations manage deliverables.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and Lemon Edge technical teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Identify and resolve project issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize the use of Lemon Edge within the fund accounting function.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of technical project management experience leading large scale fund accounting software implementations, preferably with LemonEdge, Investran, or Geneva
- Excellent communication skills for technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience leading LemonEdge implementations
- PMP or similar PM or implementation certifications
- Experience with Jira and other relevant tools and technologies for project tracking.
