Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a senior Data Engineer/Architect to support a healthcare client’s data modernization initiative. This role focuses on validating and reconciling reporting data migrated from Oracle to Snowflake and requires someone who can quickly contribute on an active project.
Responsibilities
- Validate and test ETL processes for Oracle-to-Snowflake report migrations
- Reconcile data between legacy and target systems and resolve discrepancies
- Troubleshoot data mismatches related to transformations, joins, and schemas
- Update SQL queries and ETL logic to remediate issues
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reporting confidence

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Architect
- Strong Informatica experience, including IICS and ETL workflow development
- Experience with database replication, ingestion, and incremental mappings
- Hands-on Snowflake experience and advanced SQL skills
- Proven experience with data migration validation or report reconciliation
- Strong client-facing communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Healthcare or public sector experience
- HIPAA certification or experience working with HIPAA-regulated data
