Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise across Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud (Data Cloud 360). This individual will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade solutions, with a strong focus on customer data unification, real-time integrations, and scalable architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions across CRM and Data Cloud ecosystems
• Design and maintain scalable data models and security models within Salesforce
• Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Batch processing
• Build and support event-driven architectures and batch processing frameworks
• Implement and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud (Data Cloud 360) capabilities including:
○ Data ingestion and transformation
○ Identity resolution and unified customer profiles
○ Real-time and batch data processing
• Drive integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, data platforms, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data Cloud 360) is required, including implementation and optimization of customer data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing Salesforce CRM data models, security frameworks, and analytics solutions (CRMA) to support business needs and reporting.
• Proven ability to build and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and batch processing, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Experience working with event-driven architectures and batch processing frameworks, supporting both real-time and scheduled data processing use cases.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, including building and supporting customer-facing or partner-facing portals.
• Strong experience performing data transformation activities, ensuring data is standardized and optimized for downstream use.
• Hands-on experience with Zero Copy Federation, enabling seamless access to external data sources without duplication.
• Proven experience implementing identity resolution, creating unified customer profiles across multiple systems and data sources.
• Experience working with data streams to ingest and activate data in near real-time, supporting dynamic business use cases.
• Ability to design and support both batch and real-time integrations, ensuring efficient data flow across platforms and systems.
• Proficiency with VS Code for Salesforce development, following modern development best practices.
• Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration, including managing code repositories and supporting CI/CD workflows.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Data Cloud preferred)
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
