An employer is looking for a Sr. Program Manager in the Seattle, WA area. This person will be joining the PMO to support an enterprise program guiding this company from their legacy environment to a new Service Oriented Architecture platform. This program is mid-way through with the initial framework setup, and is in need of a strong Program Manager to carry out the execution to ensure a smooth delivery. There are multiple Project Managers aligned to this program, so this individual will need to communicate effectively to coordinate the work. This role will work across multiple technology stacks and be chiefly responsible for structuring, planning, and executing a highly visible set of technical solutions that form the foundation of the new platform. Additional responsibilities will include:
* Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver comprehensive roadmaps for their strategic initiatives
* Partner with work stream leads, Product Management, leadership teams to create and refine program, roadmap, implementation plans, and tracking
* Integrate with disparate technology teams to design, implement, and deliver portfolio of applications and services to enhance the Client Experience
* Manage implementation activities for concurrent work-streams
* Translate business use cases into functional specifications and work with team leads on work-breakdown
* Develop and track KPIs and project success metrics
Ensure consistency with and application of PMO standards, processes, and controls throughout and across programs

* 7+ years of project/program management experience with a proven ability to independently manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams
* Experience leading an enterprise program consisting of a migration from a legacy to modern environment
* Strong experience utilizing JIRA
* Proven ability as liaison between technical teams and business visionaries -- not a "go between" but rather a facilitator who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan
* Proven ability to write well-formed, clear documentation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with particular
emphasis on leadership and executive stakeholders
* Significant experience and a demonstrated track record in successful
and on time delivery of large, high-profile Projects/Programs with non-
negotiable deadlines.
* Expert organizational skills and proven ability to structure complex
initiatives
* Absolute passion for enhancing client and user experience through
technology
* Experience with Agile/Kanban/Waterfall Software Development
