Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions to lead a high-performing sales organization focused on driving revenue growth through complex enterprise technology solutions. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding relationships with existing customers, and acquiring new enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background leading enterprise sales teams, excels at executive-level relationship management, and has a proven track record of closing large, complex deals. Experience within a SaaS, software, cloud, or technology services environment is highly preferred. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build compelling business cases, navigate sophisticated negotiations, and drive profitable growth while developing and mentoring top sales talent.


Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Development
• Drive profitable revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within target accounts.
• Expand relationships within existing accounts while securing new logo business.
• Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
Executive Relationship Management
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding business objectives and aligning solutions to their needs.
• Lead enterprise-wide negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
• Establish performance objectives, sales strategies, and development plans for team members.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
• Manage performance improvement initiatives and provide ongoing mentorship.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Business Planning & Operational Excellence
• Analyze sales pipeline performance, revenue trends, forecasting accuracy, and key performance metrics.
• Develop business plans and go-to-market strategies for targeted industries and customer segments.
• Identify emerging customer requirements and communicate market feedback to appropriate internal teams.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales, product, operations, and customer success teams.
• Proactively identify and address service delivery or customer satisfaction concerns.
Strategic Leadership
• Drive market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry awareness initiatives.
• Influence organizational strategy through customer insights and market trends.
• Support organizational growth initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams in a technology-focused environment.
• Minimum 5+ years of enterprise-level account management or account support experience with large, complex customers.
• Proven success selling and managing sophisticated technology solutions to executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Experience leading large-scale negotiations and complex deal structures.
• Strong financial, business, and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to evaluate customer business needs and recommend strategic solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within matrixed, multinational organizations.
