A leading healthcare system is seeking a fully remote Project Manager. As a Project Manager for cohort Site Management, you will manage the day-to-day operations of assigned study components, ensuring the successful implementation of project deliverables and adherence to timelines. Your responsibilities will include coordinating protocol development activities and committee meetings, managing site selection, activation, and enrollment processes, and overseeing the development of SOPs and training materials. You will provide necessary training to sites, coordinate IRB submissions, and maintain regulatory documentation. Additionally, you will manage site contracts and budgets, support programmatic reporting requirements to stakeholders including the NIH, and monitor site performance and enrollment metrics.

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
5+ years of clinical research project management experience
Experience with clinical trial management systems
Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
