Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Real Estate Maintenance, Repair & Operations Procurement Specialist to sit in New York 4-5 days a week with one of their largest entertainment clients. This person will be responsible for executing contracts, meeting/communicating with internal stakeholders, gathering requirements, running bids/RFPs, etc. for all real estate facility supplies such as HVACs, tools, supplies, lighting, installations, elevator parts, etc. This person needs to have strong & effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders and be extremely organized.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of MRO Buying/Procurement experience
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of procurement & bidding/buying process
Strong organization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with procurement platforms, such as Coupa
