Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr IT Program Manager to join one of our largest healthcare/blood bank clients in New York City. This Program Manager will join the Optimization team specifically within the Enterprise Project Management Office. They will be dedicated to a large muti-year initiative that will consist of consolidating all legacy platforms and dashboards across the organization onto one BECS (Blood Establishment Computing system) which is specifically eProgesa. This initiative will have the Program Manager co-piloting with another senior program manager to help manage stakeholder expectations, vendor relations and sponsor interactions. The other Sr Program Manager will be responsible for the boots on the ground and agile efforts and work hand in hand with this resource for timeline management initiative roll outs. They will be responsible for process improvement and alignment, data conversion and software implementation. They will be handling a total of 9 different work streams that need to be centralized and providing status updates to executive leadership. The project kicks off July 25th so they need someone onboarded immediately. The team works in both an agile and waterfall methodology. We need someone who has worked in healthcare, big pharma or a lab environment that has the ability to analyze roadblocks, mitigate risks and solution to bring this large initiative from inception to completion.

Required Skills & Experience

- Over 10 years of experience in a Project Manager role, managing a large portfolio of multiple projects

- Managed C level stakeholder, vendor and sponsor relationships

- Has experience with large software/SDLC conversion or implementation projects

- Is well-versed in both agile and waterfall methodologies including scrum or kanban certifications and best practices

- Experience in healthcare or big pharma or lab environments, specifically working within GMP and GLP protocols and validation protocol

- Currently holds a PMP certification

- Has a bachelors degree or higher
