Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join one of our largest financial clients. This role will focus on making the real time voice infrastructure reliable and agile for thousands of users. This person will be joining the Real Time Communications group within the Employee Experience organization. This team is known as the Operational Excellence team. The team combines software and systems administration skills to build and operate a global collaboration infrastructure. They collaborate with the Engineering teams to establish, maintain, and improve delivery of voice services in adherence to the Banks standards and practices. They are looking for creative high energy engineers and technologists to help develop complex mission critical designs in a very fast past, constantly changing environment. You will be accountable for inventory service management processes, create methodology to drive adoption and ongoing use of a new service offering, design service management improvement plans and execute tasks to improve services and reduce issues.
