Job Description

The world's leading beverage company is home to the largest and most well-known and loved beer brands. The Mainstream Brand team includes a portfolio of brands that manages over 70% of company volume. Looking for a Strategy and Finance Manager to join the marketing group and bring both a strategic as well as a financial mindset. We pride ourselves on being the most commercially integrated team and showing the world that we are a leader in creative effectiveness. In this role, individuals will be challenged daily to communicate data-driven insights, keep the books clean, and lead key initiatives attached to wholesaler events.

As a member of the Strategy and Finance team, you will collaborate with all members across the extended team to ensure business plans are delivered on-time and accurately.

To be successful in this role, you must be both quantitatively and qualitatively minded. Some projects and requests will be planned (especially those part of the brand cycle), but most come in and out on an ad hoc basis, requiring a level of adaptability and ability to prioritize.

Lead day-to-day management, reporting, and maintenance on the brand budget

Manage the creation of the VP event presentations through systematic asset management and cross-functional meetings

Develop strategic projects / 1YP / 3YP into a question aligned with a brand growth move and job-to-be-done

Organize and facilitate award submissions
