Program Manager Digital Transformation

As Program Manager of Digital Transformation, you will bring engineering, user experience design, and best-of-breed technologies together and play a critical role in leading our product through needs analysis, iterative implementation of solutions, and measuring impact of those solutions as we deliver on our ambitious vision. This role is highly cross-functional and will require a strategic thinker comfortable with ensuring cross-departmental alignment; building tools, processes and capacity to achieve the organization's goals. The position will report to a Principal Program Manager, Project Management Office but will be closely partnered with the IT Managing Director of Digital and Development Services as well as multiple stakeholders in the Parametric Product Management organization.

* Bachelor's degree required

* 7+ years of Business Analysis, Project/Program Management experience required, with proven ability to manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams

* Proven ability as liaison between technical teams and business visionaries -- not a "go between" but rather facilitator and someone who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan

* Proven ability to write well-formed, clear documentation and hold presentations for large groups

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Absolute passion for enhancing the client experience through technology

* Experience with Agile/Kanban Software Development

Master's degree

PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP and/or CSM certification

Asset Management and/or Digital platform domain expertise with experience managing software delivery of client facing applications is highly
