Insight global is searching for a copy writer to join the team at one of our largest entertainment clients. This person will join the customer experience team that currently supports the organizations users from a email, chatbot & FAQ perspective. They will be responsible for taking current copy, rewriting to elevate tone, voice and experience. They should have experience working with Marketing teams to partner on projects. Experience using Zendesk along with grammar tools such as Grammarly and Writer.

- 1 + years of experience writing and editing copy for consumer facing platforms
- Experience working on content copy related to customer support and interactions such as chat bots, emails and FAQs
- Detail oriented work written in accordance with style guides with error free accuracy
- Experience working with grammar tools -- Grammarly or Writer
- Experience with ZenDesk
- Experience with HTML and CSS would be a large plus
