Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Technician for one of our renowned hospitality clients in NYC. This person will be onsite 3-5 days a week in midtown Manhattan. They will report into the IT Manager, assisting in managing the daily IT operations of the Hotel. They will be responsible for providing level 1 support, assisting employees and hotel guest in resolving IT-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of level 1 IT support

Windows 10 & 11 knowledge

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Experience with Azure AD

Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal Excellent customer service/white glove service

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Opera Cloud

Basic network knowledge

Wire Management
