Job Description

Insight Global is assisting an Apparel Design client of ours in identifying an IT Operations Lead for a new position they have open. This person will be responsible for multiple facets of their IT operation including Active Directory, SSO setup and administration, network administration, device lifecycle, and technical troubleshooting assistance. The ideal candidate would be a person looking to come in and develop processes that are going to shape the future of this company's IT division and are excited about the prospect of growing internally with this company.



Key Job Responsibilities:

* Developing a roadmap of IT infrastructure changes and create plans in order to implement these changes

* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues via deskside support, phone call, email, and remote desktop applications

* Upgrade, install, and configure application software and computer hardware

* Support, troubleshoot, and maintain computer servers and networks, as well as perform regular security tests and monitoring

* Organize existing and incoming information through various avenues such as SharePoint and Physical/Cloud based servers

* Create and manage system permissions and user accounts

* Work with the Human Resources Department in order to provision and setup equipment for new hires

* Communicate with external companies in order to purchase new equipment and software licenses as well as manage existing software licenses

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelors in an IT related field

* Extensive administrative experience with Azure Active Directory/Office356 environment

* SSO application setup and administrative experience (Specifically for Office365 My Apps)

* Some network administration and IT administration experience

* Computer implementation and imaging experience

* 3+ years of experience providing technical assistance to remote user computer-related issues in a Windows/MacOS environment

* Experience creating, changing, or deleting user accounts on multiple software platforms

* Experience creating documents and training materials for end-users with new software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience negotiating with software and IT vendors

* CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+, etc. certifications

* Experience developing infrastructure roadmaps and executing project milestones
