Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a Data Quality Analyst (Inspection Analyst) to support the migration of risk management files from Excel into a modern PLM platform. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of risk data during digital transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for:
Inspecting and comparing transformed WRR (Windchill Risk & Reliability) data against original Excel files.
Generate discrepancy reports w/ existing templates and resolve issues in consultation with MDCP SMEs.
Ensure data integrity and traceability throughout the migration process.
Inspection sampling (1 day per risk file)
Ensure alignment with internal quality procedures and external regulatory requirements.

2+ years of experience providing data quality analytics, QA, regulatory compliance, or risk management for regulated data
Must have experience working in Pharma and/or Medical Device industry
Proficiency in Excel and data validation techniques.
Familiarity with risk management tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, hazard analysis).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies and patterns.
Business understanding of risk file content and its downstream impact.
