Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help their team. The Facilities Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the facility management team by assisting with daily operations and ensuring the overall maintenance and functionality of the facility. This position involves direct interaction with clients, providing support for special events, and ensuring adherence to operational, safety, and maintenance procedures. The Facilities Coordinator ensures that requests are handled promptly, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the facility.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or GED

2-4 years of experience as a facilities coordinator, building/event management or related work

Basic computer knowledge

Needs to be a team player, willing to do any takss required to the upkeep of the facility

Communication skills: will be interacting with vendors, customers, and potential c-suite clients

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, business, Building Management, or related field

- Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
