Job Description

A client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a CEO and operate as a receptionist in a small office space. The EA will handle office administration, including greeting guests, organizing supplies, and coordinating logistics. They will support the CEO by scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and handling expense reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. It is also important for this individual to be organized, flexible, and adept at working with diverse personalities across different time zones. In this role, approximately 25% of their time will be spent on the receptionist side, and the rest will be on the EA side organizing, scheduling, and booking travel for the CEO.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment

- Experience as a receptionist handling office coordination and greetings

- Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Travel scheduling/coordination experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- C-suite EA experience
