Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the leadership team consisting of the President and 3 VP's for a non profit company. This individual will have the opportunity for advanced growth opportunity within the organization and needs to have ambition to craft their skill and build a long term career. Responsibilities include:
-Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.
-Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
-Performing minor accounting duties.
-Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary.
-Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
-Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate department.
-Managing the executives calendar, making appointments, and prioritizing sensitive matters.
