35+ years of experience in an administrative executive assistant role supporting C-level executives or managing client relationships
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment
Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or revenue cycle management
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
